Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
However if you are simply unhappy with your fragrance and you are no longer using the perfume we will still happily refund your money.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will then organise to meet an inspect the item either at our head office or at your location.
If you paid via COD, an immediate cash return will be available to you. Else the refund will process via your bank/credit card, please allow up to 5-7 days for this to process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@smellsoreal.com or via: Whatsapp or Phone on +971 585948195
We will then organise to meet an inspect the item and exchange either at our head office or at your location.
Shipping
Smell so Real provides free shipping to United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
2-3 days shipping within UAE only. For Dubai in most cases we will deliver next day
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
